Placement Policy and Guidelines

Digital Prabhu (URL: https://www.digitalprabhu.in/), A Digital Marketing Institute hosts a separate Training and Placement Cell for placement related matters.

Training and Placement Cell

The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a facilitator and counselor for placement related activities. Training and Placement Cell provides 100% placement assistance to all the registered students as per the norms provided here.       

Eligibility Criterion:

Based on their participation and scores, Students are divided in two different categories which are Green Zone and Red Zone

GREEN ZONE CANDIDATES

• Student should get an aggregate of 80% & above in bothInterview and test conducted by Digital Prabhu (URL: https://www.digitalprabhu.in/) at the end of the respected course duration
• Students must have at least 85% attendance and he/she must actively participate during live sessions as well as clearing assignments and practicals

Candidates who fulfill the above criteria will be treated as “GREEN ZONE”, and the institute will put 100% efforts to place all the students who come under GREEN ZONE.

RED ZONE CANDIDATES

• Students scoring below 80% aggregate during their final test and interview
• Students who aren’t actively participating during live sessions
• Students below 85% attendance
• Students who aren’t clearing their assignments and practicals

Such students will be placed under Red Zone and the institute can only provide the placement assistance.

Selection of Companies:

Only Companies Based on Metropolitan cities will be invited and scheduled by the Placement Cell on the basis of the following parameters:

(**Note: Students can also be referred to the companies, if recruiters are not present on board and recruiters can also take digital interviews to sort out the recruitment procedure**)

a) Job profile and growth prospects.          

b) The package being offered by the company.   

c) Past record of recruitment at Digital Prabhu. d) Feedback from the Alumni regarding the company.
